Dera is a permissionless, asset-agnostic yield infrastructure layer for digital assets. At its core is the Dera Engine — a modular smart contract system that continuously allocates capital across governance-approved DeFi integrations and compounds returns directly into the on-chain exchange rate of protocol-issued assets.

DERA is the first asset issued on this infrastructure: a yield-bearing, fully liquid, non-custodial token backed by USDC. Yield accrues passively into the exchange rate — no staking, locking, or active management required.
